SUPERTRAMP: "FROM NOW ON" (DE AHORA EN ADELANTE) y "MY KING OF LADY"

     Esta canción, "From now on" es de un grupo británico de los 70 y 80 llamado ...

SUPERTRAMP. 

     Personalmente creo que fue el mejor grupo musical de la historia. Pero eso es solo una opinión personal. Los he escuchado miles de veces, me aprendí la letra de sus canciones sin saber nada de inglés, cayeron lágrimas de mis ojos escuchándolo (no es un recurso literario, es real), los vi en directo varias veces... 

     Esta canción es una de mis favoritas de siempre y más ahora que he podido enterarme de lo que dice la letra; habla de lo que haremos "from now on" (de ahora en adelante). Si reparamos en la letra parece que está escrita para un momento como el que estamos viviendo ahora:

"El lunes ha vuelto otra vez.

Estoy en el mismo viejo lugar

con las mismas viejas caras de siempre mirándome.

Quién sabe cuánto tiempo tendré que quedarme"

...

Esta otra canción; "My king of lady" ("Mi tipo de chica") está ambientada como si fuese una grabación de los 60, en blanco y negro, con trajes antiguos... pero está grabado en 1982.

Habla del amor con mayúsculas y a mí, particularmente, me encanta.
